Honorbuddy stuck, begging for help

Dear honorbuddy staff,

A few years ago i could use my honorbuddy for lifetime without problems. Now its stuck at 'Checking buddystore products, this can take a while etc''.
I re-installed it few times. I tried to enter the shop and disable something at '' my purchases''. However....there is nothing to be seen at my purchases.

So please help me out. I am up for anything. Teamviewer, advice, anything.

erase your bossland folder in your %appdata% or disable everything in your Store an enable it one at a time could be a store item that's gone bad.

First of all, thank you alot for replying.

But I have another question on that. With which account do I logg in the buddystore. sorry for this stupid question. I made a new account and this is the result:

have u purchased any paid items from anyone or gotten any of the free items from the store if so.use the email that u registerd with for the HB key u are using.meaing the Email that was used when purchasing the Hb key.

Madcatz i ficed the issue.

I opened honobuddy file nonstop.

However i needed to open the honorbudy.exe file WITH, the honorbuddy file (without the exe behind it).

However, i wish u much much love for replying and helping me anyways. god bless u sir<3
