HonorBuddy Store Trial Failed

Hello. Just recently, I have been unable to download any trials from the store. I can purchase fine and it will appear in my HB session, but when I try to select a trial I get the error:

Trial failed. You don't own a key that has been active for at least 30 days for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to and your keys have been active for 30 days to be allowed to trial store products.

Can you please help? I saw another post regarding the same error but I was not allowed by the system to reply to the thread.

So I just saw a reply from a moderator to another person with the same issue. The response was that they have changed the system and "you can purchase a store product if you like to use it,you just cant use trial function".

Am I to understand that I cannot download any trials because I have been a long time backer of HonorBuddy? I must have read that wrong. I have been an HonorBuddy supporter since 2011, with a lifetime subscription and my key is not good enough? Are you implying that I need to buy another subscription to be able to download trials? I must misunderstand, I can't imagine you would do that to your loyal members who purchased lifetime memberships.

Please tell me how this can be corrected. Thank you again.

are you sure the buddyauth account you used to log into the buddystore is the same one that has your honorbuddy keys listed?

It is the same login information that is used in the HonorBuddy store and it is connected to my HB account as purchases made in the store with that login appear when I run HB with my key.

your going to have to e-mail support then so they can check it and see whats up.
