honorbuddy stops working

hey! after i log in and start the bot it runs for 3-4 mins then a message appears that honorbuddy has stopped working!a problem caused the program to stop working! i have deactivated the windows defender and the firewall!but still i get the same error:/ any help would be appreciated

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

also check if you have any of the programs listed here http://wiki.thebuddyforum.com/index...ams_that_Interfere_with_BosslandGmbH_Products installed

are you on a legit copy of Windows?

from the log looks like its an app crash and its related to your OS or something that interferes with your OS or Hb

any major software changes lately?

nope nothing! i did a format today.and used win 7 instead of 10!will post the results

make sure your drivers are updated and also run diagnostics like mem test etc
