Honorbuddy starting problems.

As the title reads I am having starting issues. I downloaded Honorbuddy through the zip file, Extracted it to a new folder, ran wow in 32 bit, but when I go to open HB it gives me the message in the attachment below. I've updated my .Net framework completely yet I still get this message. I've tried looking up other solutions but have had no luck. At this point any information helping my situation would be greatly appreciated.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
