Honorbuddy screws up my internet connection

Hey
I have no idea what might cause this but whenever I try to start honorbuddy, i get disconnected from WoW and my internet gets a DNS issue. If however i manage to start both the bot (european region) and wow i get extremely high ping like 6k-9kms. I've tried flushing my dns, ive tried dx9 and dx11 but i cant seem to understand what might cause it.
Any help is appreciated
