Honorbuddy REFUND???!!!

i bought honorbuddy Dec. 13 and submitted 2 tickets to get a refund which have NOT been taken care of? whats the deal here, if they do not give me a refund ill have to
go deal with my bank head on.... someone help me, the staff are worthless.

Calling the HB staff worthless is a great way to not get the service you're expecting.
