Honorbuddy problem validating product key

Hey,

I got a problem with my honorbuddy it wont let me start up cause it has troubles validating the product key I got supplied
and i hope someone here can help if they have had or having the same problem cause I actually paid money for this and I
dont want it to go to waste....
