Bottleneck

I downloaded the TuanHA Monk routine today to improve my characters combat, but it seems to have made a few things worse.
Honorbuddy would previously release when dying and keep on trying to do whatever it's trying to do, but now it won't release and now it's slow to defend itself and sometimes even stops and won't continue.
As an example, just now it reports that it's trying to use flight path, but it's just standing at the NPC.
It's probably setup weirdly, as it's my first time using something like this. Any help would be appreciated.
