Have you tried following the steps to install the extra software needed? (i.e. .Net 4 etc)

yes i?ve installed net framework 4.0.30319 is that all what i need?

you need the Visual C++ redistributable 2010 or 2008 ( install them both to be sure it cant hurt )

big thx for your help now it works but not so good when the bot pull ab mob my "image freeze" for 1 second can you tell my why?
