Honorbuddy not opening at all!

Hello,
I have a problem whenever I try to open Honorbuddy, I can see that something is loading, but after a while, nothing happens. So I was wondering if any of you have any ideas how to solve this problem. As of now I have tried a clean install multiple times and tried reinstalling .net framework and microsoft c++, yet without any success at all. I've also tried going through my anti-virus program, and it seems to be fine. I have also tried turning off my firewall, which hasn't done anything either, and there is no log to post at all, so that can't tell me what's wrong either. I really hope you guys can help me :)

I know how to post a log file to a thread, but unfortunately as I mentioned in the post, there is no log at all, which makes it kinda hard to post a log at all.
 
enabled your antivirus and firewall and set exceptions instead
 
are you logged in as admin on your machine?
 
create a new Windows administrator acc and try again plz
 
I solved the problem now. In this case it's a quite weird solution. I planned to download windows 8.1 for a long time, and I did it today. It kinda seemed to do the trick, but I suppose there has been some corrupted windows files, which concured with opening HB. Thanks for the help anyways :)
