honorbuddy not loading

hi there

im having a little issue with my honorbuddy loading , after the login honorbuddy gives me this message " checking for buddy store products . this may take awhile"
i was waiting for alomost 2 hours but its still checking for store products. if someone knows a fix please let me know

use Singular instead and let me know if that makes any difference plz

solved the problem, reinstalled HB now its loading properly had to delete the folder to get a new fresh install of the folder
