Honorbuddy not laoding for one character only?

Hey all,

I have been using honorbuddy on all my characters, mainly using lazyraider. Power went out, and kicked me off. Afterwards I can not get honorbuddy to load for my rogue. I log out and it works for every character except the rogue. Any ideas? It just hangs where you would normally select a routine. I don't have any logs because it doesn't even load to supply one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
