Honorbuddy making graphics, mouse and keyboard pause for 1 secs

This is a strange one and has been going on for about 3 weeks. At first it was just the graphics that was freezing/pause for 1 sec. or like a stutter, then over the weekend it has started to effect my mouse and keyboard, it only happens when honorbuddy and wow are open together. I have done a fresh install of windows 7 64bit and 32bit, new installs of honorbuddy daily and running in DX9 and DX11. It is driving me crazy and would love some help with this so I can get it fixed.

does it on my laptop but not desktop, guessing its just a problem with lower spec hardware mate, obviously its intensive running both...
 
set wow process to a higher than normal priority
 
yes new install of windows 7 64 bit yesturday all updated and drivers

Your log is filled with these:

That would definitely make it stutter like you describe.

The only things I know to remedy the situation:
  • Be certain WoWclient and Honorbuddy are running as Windoze admin, and
  • Fresh install of Honorbuddy
...you say you've already tried--so, I'm at a loss. But, the problem won't go away until these exceptions get cleaned up.
