honorbuddy keeps crashing

I start wow, log into a character, and i get the error:

Error - Endscene hook failed: Could not find Device.
Attached to WoW with ID 12748.

any help would be appreciated

on what OS are you?
tried to run wow as admin as well?

Im currently running windows 7. when i ran both programs as admin it gave me the same error but with an I.D of 4836.
