HonorBuddy Keeps crashing on startup. Log Attached

1.) This just recently started happening.
2.) I deleted my old Honorbuddy file when it started acting up and did a fresh install.
3.) Still getting same error as before

use dx11 and update your Hb

dx11 is not an option for me Tony, just dx9. (running win xp)

download the latest Hb and try a new Hb installation from scratch
