honorbuddy isnt downloading for me

hey can anyone give me a few ideas on how to fix this. im currently trying to download HB but cant due to the error im receiving. i added the attachment using my phone to take a picture due to the fact i dont knw how to take a screen shot on my computer.

dont use the installer.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
