Honorbuddy installation doesnt work

This PC is new so i dont have any antivir programms etc. ( i already checked my PC for trojaner etc. ) uhm im using the standart windows 7 firewall
 
any other programs that have to do with network/connection installed?
 
i alreeady tried it without hotspotshield, thats not the problem. It wasnt the problem on my old computer aswell. It worked everything fine.
Couldn't u guys find anything in the dumb file ? And if you guys found anything please tell me so maybe i can help you ;)

Ah could be it possible that its not working cuz my Ipv6 isnt working ? well i´ve normal internet everything is working (Ipv4 internet works) but for my ipv6 it still shows me : no internet connection. Idk its just an idea
 
Fuck .. ok thanks. I know that has not anything to do with Hb or smth but maybe you can help me.
I followed some things like delete cache:

typed in CMD /ipconfig flushdns and some other things .. but it still tells me that theres a problem and it couldnt delete the cache :l
 
Well for all other ppl who have that Problem. I cant even start the dns Service (and delete dns cache etc.) it seems that i have a trojan on my PC. I'll reinstall Windows and let you know if it works than :) thanks anyways Tony and CodenameG. I wish Blizzard would have a Support like you guys do it :) thanks.
 
Well i just re installed windows and everything works fine now.
The installer doesnt work btw but i played with the zip file. So it seems to be a problem by bosslands. The installer doesnt work by a completly new clean computer
