HonorBuddy Help Please

If this is in the wrong section I apologize.. Please tell me where to remake it if it's in the wrong place.

I used DemonBuddy for a long while and was very pleased with it. I've started playing WoW again, would like to use HonorBuddy but I have a few questions:

Am I able to bot dungeons/raids/quest while still controlling the movement of my toon? Basically I'd just like to have it handle CC's and optimal damage rotation if at all possible as I go about my day as normal.

Basically I'm looking to be as lazy as possible while still actually playing as safely as possible, is that possible?

Assuming I'm never AFK and always controlling the chat/movement of my toon then how safe is it to bot? I appreciate there's always a risk, just a general idea would be nice. I play games 10-16 hours/day (with breaks and plenty of standing around) if that makes a difference.
