Honorbuddy hasnt worked for like a week

Hey guys my honor buddy has been down for like a week everytime I try to use it it just says cannot find a real wow ID standing in game..

Uninstalled and reinstalled like 3 times. purchased another month on the auth key. I have no idea whats going on.
