HonorBuddy freezes WoW

For some reason HB freezes my wow everytime it attaches. It was working a week ago.
i have reinstalled HB, WoW. made no changes to my computer.

use dx9 instead

i did that and it still freezes. as soon as i use task manager to turn buddy off, it stops freezing

after that run the wow repair tool from your wow or battle.net launcher to make sure your wow installation is complete.
