Honorbuddy framelock error

Hi Buddyteam,

Here's a picture which keeps appearing each time I hand in a quest. I've included a honorbuddy log as well.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled honorbuddy three times and removed any existing honorbuddy configurations left behind as well
