Honorbuddy for MoP 5.0.5.16057

I have to admit that I am a NooB concerning HB and/or all these script/plugins/CC's etc issues.

1) Gatherbuddy - I have HB since a few month and only used it to Gather noods and mines, what actually seems to work properly at some places.

2) Questing - I tried to level my warlock from 80-85 3 days ago, with Kicks profile, what absolutely didn't worked -.- began on Hyjal, tells me to override all the quests, went to Deepholm, after 4-5 quests buggy... and also Uldum it does 6 quests and buged then. leveled of course by myself and a bit with GrindBot.

Are there some fixtures of this Issues or am I using QuestingBuddy wrong? if someone can tell me ;) Would appreciate to level some other twinks^^

3) ProfessinBuddy - I read few Posts above about PB, is it working again or still not? everyday when I log into HB there are automatically updates. But in my HB menu there is still no ProfessionBuddy, ist this implemented automatically as soon as available or have I to download it manually?

4) Fishing - I also tried to skill my fishing with the Bot (fishing-Cooking by Circocroft). After self buff, nothing. Used it with Grind Bot. But I have to say that I have no clue about how to start this Bot as I never tried it before. if someone can tell me if I have to download something or try it different? Skilled it by my own but was a real waste of time.

5) DungeonBuddy - Doesn't move once it enter into the Dungeon.


As I wrote, I am not really a Program Genie, my knowledges are a bit poor^^ If someone could explain a bit about the mentioned points above or telling me what I did wrong or If it is only because of the acttual 5.0 situation, I would appreciate ;)

Don t know how many release since we have said drood resto go in cat and nothing to do with that. It s very boring.
 
SpellManager Bug

In the latest release of HonorBuddy, it is no longer possible to access overridden spells.
For instance, 'Summon Fel Imp' fails, but 'Summon Imp' succeeds.
What's bad about this, is if you do a 'SpellManager.HasSpell("Summon Fel Imp")', it returns true, but when you try to get the spell via 'SpellManager.Spells["Summon Fel Imp"], it fails.

and then the bot stops questing
 
I've been waiting patiently for a month now, the bot doesn't work for anything for me.

Questing fail - bugged.
DungeonBuddy fail - doesn't move or else randomly leaves.
BGBuddy - Just stands at the spawn area and spams a random buff.

How long before this is actually fixed like before?

bg buddy works perfectly for me, lol.
 
HB support seems to have gone to shit. They aren't even listing these updates as new releases....just this same old thread, and not listing the changelog.
 
I have been running the LK Alliance - LK 68-80 [Kick] profiles on 4 chars over the last week. There has been considerable improvement in the questing over the last 24 to 48 hours. I would say that it is currently at 80% to 85%, considering 72 hours ago I would have said it's only at 30 - 40%. So the quality is improving, still far from perfect though. I'll be moving onto the CATA profiles soon with my 4 chars. I'll let everyone know how that goes.

My biggest issue with the last month is the lack of communication. When Kicks is around, we get a decent flow (mostly about his gatorade), but at least it's something. I'm not asking for a full patch notes each time they update it, but that would be nice. Just the this is what we are working on every day or two. I don't think that is to much to ask for.

I know everyone is looking forward to the fully functional bot, and are eager but in the end id rather these guys code than update the forums, would you understand if they tried to tell you every detail every few days whats been updated? I'm sure they are working hard (we don't want the devs to get burnt out and never look at HB again) but be patient deadlines lead to disappointment take every update as a small win for HB
 
Omg, the questing profiles I ran just fine yesterday are not working as good anymore.

I think you missed my point, I wasn't asking for detailed updates, just some sort of communication. My job deals with a very similar line of work, I'm just saying that there are ways that they could communicate with us that wouldn't take much of there time and would calm down a lot of the users.
 
Questing works 90% for me, lvl a pala from 1 - 38. There are some quest who doesn?t work (Interact with some objects...) Autoequip is not very "intelligent" at the moment :-D Can?t use 2 Hand weapon and only equiped Items with Int and Spellpower (as Retri Pala)

After the update today, my BGbuddy is very strange. It queues up as normal.

[BGBuddy]: Queueing up for RandomBattleground
[BGBuddy]: Accepting battleground join in 9 seconds.

The funny thing is when the bot joins the Random Battleground
[BGBuddy]: Starting Battle for Gilneas

It stops the bot, and I have to manually turn it on again to complete the BG.

When the bot is done with the battleground. It turns itself off again.

Please fix.

I have the same problem..and wow crashes while gathering in twilight area
 
Questing itself is working fine, using items in bags is not. I think the problem is that they are not recognized but who knows. Doing quests in hellfire the boil blood one, my toon had 12 bloods on him for over 2 hours and it just continued to farm looking for more bloods. Same thing with all of the flying quests in hellfire where you have to bomb something, it would just keep flying over and over and not bomb anything. Hope this info helps some to get questing back to its stellar self.
 
Orc starting area has a few hiccups but nothing I can say without testing it again.
