Honorbuddy.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error

Hello, I'm having problems starting up my Honorbuddy. Just downloaded it about an hour ago and can't figure out how to fix it. when I click on it and hit "Run As" then I run as administrator I get this error "Honorbuddy.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error" Can anyone help me out? BTW I'm on Windows XP 32 Bit

have you installed .net framework 3.5 sp1? you need that in order to run honorbuddy.

Yes, I even uninstalled and reinstalled it

are you sure your installing the right one?
you need to install this version.

It wont let me install the .NET FrameWork

You need the clean remove tool for the old net framework.

also check your firewall as i tried all of this only to find out my av fire wall compt blocking honor buddy after each wow update! a major pain in the ass that was before i found out!
