Honorbuddy.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error

unistall from control panel everything it has to do with net framework and run a Windows update
chances are low tho

Hello, I'm having problems starting up my Honorbuddy. Just downloaded it about an hour ago and can't figure out how to fix it. when I click on it and hit "Run As" then I run as administrator I get this error "Honorbuddy.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error" Can anyone help me out? BTW I'm on Windows XP 32 Bit
