honorbuddy error!!

when i tried to start the program it says Authentication failed.Unable to connect to Buddy servers. what can be the problem? i cant see the enter key screen it directly gives the error screen..

download and install this.

after your done restart your pc.

yesterday i search the forum and c your suggestion in one of the thread.. i try it but it didnt work. today i download it again do a repair with it now it works.. ty for support
