Honorbuddy error. Wont update or work Properly

So, I started playing wow again and want to level my mage while im not playing but honorbuddy isnt working properly. I tried to get logs but the only logs I could find were useless and said nothing but "Honorbuddy V.###.### has started" and nothing else. What I do have is two screenshots and I think it should be enought to figure out whats going on.

try installing as administrator? and open hb as administrator after install.
