Honorbuddy: Error when parsing net framework..

Hi I was curious about testing the "Test Release" of Honorbuddy and I followed the steps,
*Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
*Start 32-bit version of wow

I ran "Honorbuddy 2.5.6183.418" version and I get the error:
"Error when parsing
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\config\machine.config
Parser returned error 0xc00cE556"

I reinstalled the x86 - 10.0.30319 version.
I'm running a 64bit windows 7 and I have the following Microsoft Visual C++ installed:

Any clue?

Your .NET installation is corrupt (or the file is missing entirely). A fairly simple fix would be to go to "%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config" and taking a backup of machine.config, then replacing it with machine.config.default (renaming it back to machine.config) and restarting your computer.

If that still doesn't work, re-run the .NET 4.0 installation and have it repair the installation.
