Honorbuddy Error after trying to log in.

This problem shouldn't be happening, I have the latest version, and I'm logging in, but when it goes to try to start up, it gives me this error. Help please if you have found the solution.

make sure that net framework is enabled

control panel---programms---windows features on and off

alright, i went to enable it, and everytime i enabled it, there was an error and it reset to being disabled. Only part of it is enabled now, still not working.

Are you positive you're using DX9?
