Well im using HB since day 1 (beta status) and never had any probs with it , it just started yesterday Tony.

etc. Theres is nothing you can learn from these logs... its just "Sends a request to the server" [wait...] "Server either didn't respond, or said no"

I think i sent Bossland yesterday at around ~11 pm a message, the problem is i have no idea if he received it.

Send him whats included in your payment reciept from Paypal or what you used. You have a mail from either payment companys with a unique payment transaction id. That is what Boss uses to identify who paid for what and so on.

This is certainly becoming a pain, some times its fine other times I need to stay up a hour to make sure the bots can just even log in...
Any way to fix....?

Just went to start HB today and getting authorization failed here is my log Is HB down? I tried to reinstall and still get the same thing

There are issues with the ISP that hosts the auth servers at the moment.
