HONORBUDDY DOES NOT WORK- only one char

Hello there!
I have an issue with the honorbuddy since it does not work with my main warrior, it works pretty well with other chars.
Is there a way to fix that?
I have already searched for answers on the community forum,google, yt,pretty much anywhere.
