Good day,

I have been having a lot of issues lately with honorbuddy, from low fps, blue screens and making my wow disconnect from server.

Here is this most recent log I have

I have changed to Dx9, disabled all my addons, windowed mode and fresh install

Just a week ago there were no problems, so not sure what changed.

Hi, Glennm, and thanks for the log.

If you are getting 'blue screens', then this is almost certainly a bad driver problem. The most common culprits are video drivers, mouse drivers, and sound drivers. Occasionally, this can also happen because hardware is failing—perhaps your system is dusty internally and need to be cleaned (overheating), or memory is failing (sometimes can be repaired by reseating the memory), etc. We've also seen 'blue screens' caused by bad AntiVirus features. For instance, BitDefender's "monitor wireless connections" causes blue screens when the network connection drops.

It is imperative that the cause of the blue screens be identified and repaired, first. Without it, the rest is just an exercise in frustration.

Once you've figured out and repaired the cause of the bluescreens, if you're still having problems, then this article should guide you through any of the other possibilities:

Thank you for your help.

After trying everything you suggested, nothing seems to ease the FPS and crashing issue. The blue screens have stopped but still makes it painful to use.

However, using the previous interation of honorbuddy (just one step down), has solved all my problems, no fps drops no crashing or anything.

Not too sure why.

Hi again, Glennm,

Now that the blue screens are stopped, we can move on to the second level problems.

There are two known possibilities of FPS problems at the moment.

If neither of these remedies the FPS issue, we've got one more thing to try. Please let us know.

cheers,
chinajade
