I've updated graphic drivers and windows, admin, windowed, disabled all addons, exception in security, disabled startup programs,
and still nothing.

Please update to latest HB Version and provide a logfile from it please.
If new version does not work send me your teamviewer data via PM and I will take a look.

since we cant seem to get teamviewer to allow you to connect, any ideas on what could be causing it to close?
