Honorbuddy crashing/ Max sessions

Everytime i load honorbuddy it appears max sessions! Auth failed. i have tried to kill the session and have re installed honorbuddy and deleting settings contents but still isnt working,anyone got an idea how to fix this.

on what OS are you?

the log shows nothing

make sure all windows updates are installeld and also make a new Hb installation
