Honorbuddy crashes on launch

Hello, let me preface this by saying I have been an Honorbuddy customer for years. I am running Windows 7 SP1. I recently downloaded the new version of HonorBuddy, and when I try to launch it, it instantly crashes and gives me an error report:

I have tried reinstalling the .net framework and C++ Redistributable, but it just keeps crashing. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! I have used the BuddyDependency Installer to redownload the .net framework and C++ too by the way.
