it runs fine on my computer using vista but the one using 8.1 it gets this error.
I have:
Reinstalled the buddy
Set WoW in 32bit
ran both as admin
restarted the pc
used the honor buddy dependency installer

Edit: This is a newer log then what I copied from the previous log that i pasted.
