Honorbuddy crash

Hello, i've faced with porblem that bot crashes in 20-60 minutes. I've read forum and tried some ways to solve problem, such as reinstal bot, framwork, c++, change folders with bot, change dx11 dx9 etc.
Please could u help me. I'm using questing bot with singular CC. After crash i couldn't run the bot, it stucks at loading, just after restarting computer i can run bot again for 20 minutes.
I use bot for a long time, but now i have Windows 8.

any firewall/antivirus enabled?
 
dont have any antivirus, bit firewall is enable. Now i switch it off and trying to run bot. Thanks for answer. Ill report abt results later
 
HB Crash.

Sorry I posted in regular forum about this issue, but then I seen this section for support so I figure its the right spot to post this issue. My Honorbuddy is crashing right on startup when I load my CR immidiately after it dont respond then when I hit stop the bot crash's and closes down.here is the log.

flush your dns but its not sure this will fix it
 
Probably, some problems with auth server? What do u thing abt changing auth account or another key?
 
there are no server issues,its your network :(
 
Auth session invalid usually stems from network connection issues between you and the buddyauth servers. make sure your not running any applications or anything that could be bogging down your connection or causing issues.

i've tried to connect PC via Ethernet cabel. But it didnt help. Maybe problem with mine key (someone usу it?) Is it possible to block existing one, and give me another key?

nope,it has nothing to do with the key
