Honorbuddy Can't find running instance of wow

When im trying to run HB i get an error saying

"You have not selected a valid instance of wow to attatch to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of wow to use Honorbuddy with"

Even when playing wow with 32 bit DX9 i get this error tried to run it as admin still same issue.

Here same as i just said above.

Kill both WoW and HB.
Make sure there are no running processes of WoW or HB in the task manager.

Login to wow and login to one of your toons.
then run HB as admin.
