yup here is what I got:
This is the latest response from Customer Support:
Hello,
Game Master Ralorendt here. I just received your ticket about your WoW account getting banned today. I can completely understand why that would be so frustrating or upsetting, especially if you didn't see it coming.
After another thorough investigation of your account I have come to the same conclusion: this penalty will not be amended or removed. You should've received an email regarding this penalty and outside of that there's not much additional information I can share with you about this situation. Here's a few common things that are against the rules, though: botting or using any program to control your character/abilities (whether that's farming herbs and ore, pvp, or raiding/dungeons), buying or selling gold, or modifying game files in some way, outside of regular addon use.
We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (
Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game. Though these penalties may seem harsh, they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in our games. Thank you for respecting our position.
