HonorBuddy Auto Closing

A last ditch effort to not finding a solution in the forums for my problem is posting this here. Some came close to what I'm experiencing but the re-created attempts to correct it as instructed by others failed. As the title states, when I run Honorbuddy.Launcher as requested by the bot itself I wait for the game open then I put my key in and click 'Login' but HonorBuddy will only start reading for a moment then simply close itself out.

I've checked to make sure my .NET Framework was updated to 4.0 as well as running repairs on Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 & 2012 (since they were already there) but to no avail. Attaching the log with hopes it's something simple that I'm over-looking due to being tired. Thanks in advance.

make sure your not running anything like fraps or applications that can sandbox honorbuddy from wow.

also make sure your completely logged in and in game before starting honorbuddy.

I just tried an uninstall, restart, clean install and temporarily got a slightly different log (attached below) however, after trying one more time to re-create the newer log it reverted back to the previous one attached in the initial post.

right click honorbuddy and click "Run as Administrator" also disable your anti-virus to see if that helps.

Disabled everything that could possibly cross paths of the bot and WoW itself, and running as admin ended with the same results. My roommate just ran his Honorbuddy fine the exact same way I've been trying, only difference being his WoW is a fresher install where as mine isn't, perhaps a re-install would fix it?

something is preventing wow from communicating with honorbuddy. even if you copy his wow install, i have a feeling your still going to run into the same issue.

I decided to give the full re-install for WoW a try since I'm headed to bed, I plan on doing another clean install for Honorbuddy sometime tomorrow before running the game and/or bot, I'll report back with hopefully good news. Thanks for the assistance thus far CodenameG.

The end result of everything is the same. I've gotten the same two logs only replicated depending on the honorbuddy.launcher. I've seen others having trouble with hookLocation problems as well (exact same log as my 2nd attached), unfortunately those threads were closed before a resolution was met so I'm still stuck in the dark.

UAC was turned off, cache's were cleared, folders were cleaned/emptied, visuals were repaired numerous times, the bot itself was clean installed multiple times after uninstalls, WoW itself was also re-installed thinking some files may have been corrupt. I looked into SweetFX after running across it on a previous post, no SweetFX was found so no removing required. Everything from anti-virus to my firewall has been turned off as to not interrupt the bot from getting to WoW, everything was run under admin as well as the admin profile. WoW is being run in 32 bit, and Dx9 and Dx11 were both tried, both unsuccessful.

HB worked perfectly fine for me in the past, in fact I've never once had a problem with it in any form or matter. I'm not sure why all of a sudden I'm getting hit with these fails and errors. As soon as I came back and patched WoW, loaded up the new HB and tried to run it, it began failing on me as it is now, I'm attaching another log from roughly 5 minutes ago, any advice or tips to fix this is much appreciated.

you need to make your own thread

I've gone through every possible thread regarding this type of error, as well as trying all of the fixes stated in the 2nd paragraph of my prior reply. Is there anything in my attached logs that could state what I need to do in a more specific manner? I'm not trying to be one of those guys who seems like he's complaining, just slightly frustrated that it went from working flawlessly the entire time I've had it to not even being able to open.

no, but theres SOMETHING running on your system thats preventing honorbuddy from attaching directly. its not honorbuddy failing or wow, its a 3rd party program running thats messing it up.
