Honorbuddy Authentication failed!

Just paid for honorbuddy and loaded it up for the first time,

After reading on the forums i have tried everything i can to get it to work I have,

Put exceptions put on both firewall and anti virus.
Installed BuddyPrequisitesWizard.zip
rebooted and reinstalled the program several times

I have checked I can log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same info and that works fine
