Honorbuddy Auth/Store Account

Hello guys/team,

First of all great job on HB and keeping it up for as long as you did. I only play wow because Honorbuddy exists (I can't be arsed/don't have time to do the boring leveling/farming but I enjoy endgame stuff).

I have been quite a passive user of Honorbuddy for the past couple of years. I have bought the Key sometime in WOTLK and have been using it since. However, the account system with the forums and Buddy Auth/Buddy Store was different back then (store did not exist). I have made a note of my key and the details of my purchase but I did not create a Buddy Auth account after my purchase (or I have forgotten if I did).

Who could I contact to recover that account? I do not remember which email I have used or if I created and account at all. I have the original email after the purchase with my key but there are no account details there.

Now I cannot access the Buddy Store because my forum account is not linked with my original key.

Please assist me or move this to the right thread. Thank you.

if you havent register at Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the SAME e-mail you used during checkout.

once you get in you should be able to view your keys, if your listed you can then log into the store using you buddyauth account and add products.

your forum account is not the same and not linked to your buddyauth account.

Thanks for your reply. What you are telling me makes sense.

However, what I wanted help with is tracking back my email account from the Key that I have purchased. Once I know which email I have used in purchasing my HB key, I will be able to recover my account. Given that I have purchased it so long ago, I am not sure which email I have used. If I send you a PM with my key, will you be able to assist with this?

nope, your going to have to e-mail support.

and what i recommend doing instead of finding the old e-mail to make a buddyauth account, is if you already have one, then request your key be added to the one your already using.
