Is there a fix for the night time wow critical error crash? If not how can i solve this issue to afk some BGS overnight?

Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.

Even though im on retail and fully patched?

Yes, I have done that=/
Older versions work fine but this one seems to not attach. I have also disabled firewall and tried redownloading.

check your task manager and check if there is a "rogue" Hb process
