Glider's return will be good for us and for the bot industry. I won't carry on making CCs for Glider but there is no way we will close HB down.

Yes, I personally believe HB will eventually shut down when gliders come back do to the fact that customers don't like being disrespected or treated unfairly by the staff or being ignored There has already been some HB users that have said when glider comes back they will be leaving HB and going back to glider

How could you not make cc's for glider, your cc's for glider were 10x better than anything you have made for HB. The pally and I believe it was the warrior cc's were just phenomanal damn near perfect.

Fair points. Nesox is going through the thread and replying to all posts that need attention now so we can do a release with fixes this week.

And indeed it was as you stated yourself the previous release, so I re-reported the high CPU load on this testversion (not that they have the impression, noone is complaining so it's not happening anymore).

It seems that more people have issue the bot not attacking opposite faction while grinding. This was posted in a CC thread, so I suspect more people having issues with this?

All issues are posted on the bugtracker as well (Not that I expect anything from it but I did my part).
However the least you as development staff could do is either confirm the bugs, or accept them (on the bugtracker, because nearly everything is still on status "NEW" even reports of 2 months ago).
It's been 2 days now and all I see you do it lock threads with posts that don't please you, post more nonsense on the boards (have to keep the postcount going after all) and other tasks that are required.

While I have respect for the work you do, I don't have it for the way you treat your customers (that's what we are after all). We had a action going some time ago that I started about problem points, I'm sure you remember. Don't worry, I'm not gonna do it again, cba as they say in the game. But seriously, I would read that post again (if it still exists that is).

Work on your attitide a bit. It's necessary!

ps, this is no invitation to flaming, it will be removed anyways since this is the discussion thread for the test release. I've reposted valid reports that are unanswered up until now on which I would like a answer and/or confirmation that it's known, and being handled. Reporting things without confirmation is just plain silly (both here and on the bugtracker).

Is the performance issues occuring with all bots or any particular?
GB2 had a problem that made it use well above 40% cpu when running.

The targeting issue with it not attacking enemy players will be resorted.
So far we got 22 bug reports for the latest Test release, some of them is for IB, GB2 or AB some of them has too little info on how to reproduce the bug so we can't fix it.
It's really important that we get enough info so we can experience the bug ourself, profile logs etc. is always useful :)

I don't see any problem with attitude.
Our number one priority atm is getting evrything as stable as possible making a good and stable bot that you actually can leave AFK for hours even overnight like it should be possible to do.
We have so many bots now and they all come with their own set's of logic wich needs to be maintained.

hawker or tony, just awnser this for me as a personal thing if you can.

Are there any plans made towards HB/GB due to gliders comeback?
And what will be done with all current things that are broken since there are a lot and more keep coming, and the users here are getting a bit unhappy with the product itself since it's a paid thing and they wanna get the most out of it, but it's true that sometimes you can't leave the bot unattended since it will crash or walk into something or any other error.
I do know some of the errors are user related and not HB related, but some of the issues are quite a pain in the ***, like CollectFrom tag = bugged it will not target or kill the mobs in that tag, so making a profile is quite a pain. Even nesox tried to help but all work arounds didn't work.

maybe a frontpage post with current plans from bossland so people are updated on the matter, just like blue posts so people know what is coming and what has to be done.
this will satisfy people for the time being untill it gets fixed/released etc.

If you take a look, we are clearing the bugs. WoW is a pain right now with characters stuck in combat, mobs appearing to be 1000 yards away when they are in melee range and it crashes if you sneeze at it. But we are getting there.

Glider will be back at some point. If the legal threat is gone, you will see a lot of new companies as well. For now, HB is selling well and provided we get on top of the remaining bugs and provided we get proven afk profiles out, I don't see anything to worry about.
 
Hawker, you can have a stable bot but if your staff is rude to their customers/users they won't stay, there's a lot of staff members here that treat people like dirt and are very rude and abuse their mod powers and take the power to their head. I think you guys should focus on that too and from what I have read on other forums is bossland is pretty rude to the users that go on irc and makes statements that he doesn't give two shits basically about the users all he cares about is the money
 
Hi wraith. No staff member is rude. You're wrong. We get 1 in 500 peopel complaining that a staff member is rude to them every now and then. It's a little pathetic.
The mods have a job to do, if you insult other players, use vulgar language, act rude for not beign answered, you'll pay the price, just had a mute myself ;D. So I think they do just fidn under the pressure from this community lol.

DOn't go by hearsay, I've been on cahts, irc, etc, the staff are VERY nice. ALL of them.
 
Only witness a few mistakes by mods but most are towards people who are actually abusing others. I've done it, you done it.

Actually you're wrong, about 1 out of every 3 people on this site cannot stand tony, kickass, and/or fpsware they have caused a lot of people to leave the hb community. Tony has a history of muting people just because they don't agree with him. I am not flaming here, just pointing out stuff that I believe the admins should look into besides just making the bot stable if they want to have a chance against glider when it comes back.

Anyone know where I would add this code to the Default Druid CC? I would like to fix the Pet targeting bug so I can continue testing... This seems to be the only bug i see with this version of HB... or should I try the plugin fix i read a few posts back?

Bossland has already answered on this

you can send directly to him an email if you have problems with the mod team
till now there are only 1 or 2 emails in his inbox from what i know

Tony I call BS on 99.9% of the stuff you post, you have made some out right dumb decisions and have taken actions against people without discussing with any other mod/admin/dev which you can tell because the action was taken within secs of the posts being made. Anyways I am not going to get into a debate over this actions speak louder than works and a lot of people are posting on other forums how they have left this community because of you. That's a fact.

Oh how I miss the old Apoc - OB forums...
The support is ok in HB, as ok any botting program ever had.
I remember back at Glider's day where you waited for weeks for an official answer.
You could get help by the community, just like here, but you could not get a dev to talk unless, absolutely, urgent matters. So give the moderators, a break, and keep feeding the bug tracker with valid infos for the rest of the dev to work with.
We are a 15000 users and Hawker got only a handfull of valid submitted bugs, with a description or/and any other useful info for reproduction.
How the hell can they fix anything this way?

I am mad with the current status of HB since I cannot afk at all, and if I need to be on top of my PC 8 hour/day to babysit I just lose the meaning of botting.
But I wait since the bugs I encounter cannot be reproduced.
Random crashes and disconnect from wow can be hotfixed by using a relogger, with path problems I try to report at the Nav/Mesh section etc.etc.
But I don't have all day free, for posting at the forum, replying, and beta testing, so guyz get your head straight and get a stable release, where you can bot without the fear of being banned by ridiculous botting behavior from HB's Nav and Targeting system, and without fear of DC every 20 minutes/2 hours of botting.

This should calm down the crowd and your rep will come back to what it was 1 year ago. And rep is important for this kind of word of mouth selling, "illigal" programs use to promote themselves.

but as i have said already if you have problems you can "talk" directly to Bossland

if you dont want to follow the procedure then its only your problem,not ours
