Honor Buddy Won't initiate

I've been a happy customer for several years now,

But since Dreanor release, my honor buddy seems to not load what so ever. Ive tried downloading the most recent honorbuddy release zip, and extracting. As per the same process I've done for several other patches. However, that same process no longer works.

Have I missed something? Whats changed?
