Honor Buddy Wont Attach to WoW

I am running Honor Buddy and WoW both in administrator mode as well as running it in 32bit-client. I keep receiving the same error and get ever get it to attach.

Re-download HB and extract it and replace your current hb folders.

I have re-downloaded Honorbuddy multiple times and it keeps giving me that same file. So the link must be broken on the site or something. Does someone have an external source for a new link to the newer honorbuddy. Your time is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
