Honor Buddy Questing doesnt work

Hello. My honor buddy works great for everything I do except for Questing. I am trying to level my 91 Horde Warlock up to 100 and it keeps stopping due to its inability to find an NPC to start the quest. Im in Frostfire Ridge. It states that area as my quest zone, but the quests its starting me out to do are the starter quests in Durotar. I went there and started honorbuddy and it started working. I don't want to do starter quests. I want to do WOD quests. Could someone assist me please ? I have scanned and repaired WOW, I have cleared Caches on Honor buddy and wow. I have uninstalled and reinstalled HONORBUDDY 3 times now. It still doesnt work.

Here it is. I have come to a hypothesis. This character is a bought character to 90 so i havent done any quests in the starting area.... That may be the issue

if you load the level 1 profiles without having done those quests its going to try and do those quests. your level 90. load the correct profile for your level range.
