Honor Buddy in Game UI

For future readers...
You have probably enabled the Buddy Control Panel plugin that ships with Honorbuddy (and defaults to 'disabled'). To make this go away, just disable the Buddy Control Panel plugin, again.
Other than that, as Tony says, it will be a third-party contribution adding the GUI components. You'll have to look at other Plugin and Combat Routine settings to see if they can be disabled.
