Hi, Pwhy, and thanks for the log.

The first thing to check will be the Antivirus as outlined here:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference​

If no joy, let's try a clean install as described here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If till no joy, please show us a fresh log from the clean install.
