I have been biding my time to see how the honorbuddy will be developed after the delays in turning out a product when MOP hit. I didn't want to jump on the bashing bandwagon that was happening on these forums because I thought the people complaining, although had some validity in their points, were not allowing the dev's to do what they needed to do to produce a quality product.
Seeing the direction of this bot, how they are implementing new releases and actually starting to work on small detailed things like adding a changelog with their auto updates, just solidifies my feeling that this product and team are amazing and all of us should be grateful that we got so much value for our dollar. For those of us that work for a living and understand that things take time, that there are such things as time zone differences and outside factors that influence product development are truly grateful that this company has been able to stand by their work and improve upon it.
Now I am not saying that the Dev team is infallible and they have the best PR skills, which they don't, but what I am saying is this product has delivered what it promised and then some. So to all the whiny little Nancies that complained during the development cycle and through every little bug that occurs, I understand you paid money for this product but guess what you got more than what you paid for.
All in all I just wanted to give my thanks to the team for their continued work and to show that some of the adults on this board are actually competent and coherent people that appreciate the work.
