hmm - 2 i wanna know if anyone tryed and retrive the account by phone

blah blah, i know i am botting by my on risk, i know and i can afford that risk, even one who is booting should.But i just want to know ( that would be pretty nice) if anyone tried, would be even better if suceed, retrive the account by talking to blizzard by phone.Success or failure tell your experience here, if you got any or know some one who did, i think know would be a great time to do it because blizzard is banning some legit players.I know blizzard service sucks blah blah.Just wanna know if anyone at least tried.Thx in advance
 
Well since im not so good in english Ive wrote an e-mail lol, hope this will work !
 
They generally pass you off by telling you that Diablo 3 phone support doesn't include bans. You will be referred back to battle.net to submit a ticket.
 
how do i explain that a burgler broke in my house, installed db and ran several bots (on my accounts, which he also stole)without me knowing until they were banned?
 
It's waste of time try anything if you used a 3rd party. They can prove it with enough args. Gl anyway.

This, exactly. Tried to call 'em up, they said this exact thing.
